OGRW 2014 Proceedings

Two versions of OGRW-9-2014 proceedings will be published (in English): Extended abstracts will be provided electronically for the workshop on a USB stick. The full texts of papers, personally presented by one of the authors at the workshop, will be published in special issues of the international peer reviewed journal of the Russian Academy of Sciences "Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis. Advances in Mathematical Theory and Applications" (Pleiades Publishing Ltd., distributed worldwide by SPRINGER, 2015) as a hard copy and electronic version. The journal is abstracted and indexed in Academic OneFile, ACM Digital Library, EI-Compendex, Gale, Google Scholar, INSPEC, OCLC, ProQuest, SCImago, SCOPUS, Summon by Serial Solutions.

One of the authors of each accepted paper should pay a registration fee before November 5th, 2014. Registration fee covers entrance to the OGRW-9-2014 (workshop and IAPR TC 16 Meeting), proceedings (see below), an official invitation for visa application and social program (welcome party, workshop dinner (except PhD students and students) and one excursion).

Submission of papers and tutorial proposals

Important Dates are:

  • September 1st, 2014
    Deadline for proposal of tutorials and survey papers submission
  • October 6th, 2014 (extended)
    Deadline for extended abstracts submission

The length of the submission of the extended abstracts/tutorial proposals is limited to a total length of four pages in A4 format (210 mm x 297 mm). No special formatting requirements apply for the extended abstracts/tutorial proposals. The document must be uploaded in PDF format and will be used for the reviewing process.

Formatting details for the full papers and posters where applicable will be provided together with the notification of acceptance. All submissions must be written in English.
